About - Karl Kaisel
"I was taking a walk on the seaside on an autumn day with the sun shining and a salty sea breeze blowing in my face. In the
shallow water there was light casting ever changing patterns on the seabed. In each of those golden shapes there were tiny
shrimps dashing from one sun spot to another. Squatting on the edge of the water I stared at them for ages and remembered
observing them just the same 20 years ago. This is what my art is about."
