2016, performance, installationA look at the theoretical background leading up to the creation of a trans-disciplinary and multi- sensory performance. Research into possibilities of creating a food object-experience. The performance combines a variety of textures, tastes, and their relations. The artist boarders on the verge of taste and surreal experience in a traditional setting.
Ein Spiel von transdisziplinären und multisensorischen Möglichkeiten einer Essens-Objekt- Performance. Eine sensorische Erfahrung aus Texturen, Geschmäckern und deren Beziehungen. Die Ku?nstlerin bewegt sich an den Grenzen von Geschmackserlebnissen im Setting essbarer Dinge.
