The work deals with algorithms as a cultural technique that reflects and shapes social life. There is hardly an area of XX life in which they are not found, and yet they remain largely invisible .
They structure the forms of social practice and thus transform the social self and its boundaries.
How do we deal with these new entities of our time, as they engage in our lives?
Die Arbeit befasst sich mit Algorithmen als Kulturtechnik, die das gesellschaftliche Leben gleichermaßen reflektieren und formen. In kaum einem Lebensbereich sind sie nicht zu finden und dennoch bleiben sie weitestgehend unsichtbar.
Sie strukturieren die Formen der sozialen Praxis und transformieren damit das gesellschaftliche Selbstverständnis und dessen Grenzen.
Worum handelt es sich bei diesen neuen Entitäten unserer Zeit, wie greifen sie in unser Leben ein und wie soll mit ihnen umgegangen werden?
