Beyond
Beyond takes place in a recess of the cellar wall whose original function and purpose is unknown. This
gap in knowledge is adressed by adding a layer of light. Throught the resulting constant change in
texture and colour the space becomes vibrant and translucent. Is it a portal, a mysterious organism, a
landscape? The work invites the viewer to fantasise and for a moment see the world not as a static entity,
but as a dynamic, constantly changing accumulation of processes.
