Crafted from stark white artificial leather, Inanis Chroma (Empty Color, Lat.) explores the psychological perception of color through absence. Inspired by the Rorschach test, its highly
symmetric, ambiguous, organic form invites viewers to project their own associations onto its surface, engaging with the subconscious
interplay between shape, memory, and emotion. Devoid of inherent color, the piece becomes a canvas for perception—where hues
emerge not from pigment, but from the mind’s interpretation. By using an artificial material to embody a concept tied
to natural perception, Inanis Chroma investigates the nature of color as both a tangible reality and a psychological construct, blurring the line between artificiality
and sensory experience.
