War of Time

There can be no sense of time without movement, there can be no sense of time without a watch, without the movement of the sun, without an indicator, relation to time has always been personal. 26 year old Mohammed says: "days are in constant repetition, they all become mixed up. I started to confuse days; friday became sunday, sunday became Monday, and I became really lost. I started smoking weed, which made it almost impossible to track time, my life was becoming a never ending nightmare. 32 year old Juan says: I will wake up one day to find myself in my seventies. It feels like time in vienna is different than our time. The day is just too short. But, somehow, I manage." 23 year old Raed says: "My life in Austria is different; the sense of time is actually different. I used to study and work in Syria, meet my friends daily, stay up late to talk, yet I would wake up active the next day. Maybe the weather is the reason, or maybe it is the closure of shops at approximately the same time as the ending of working hours. Our life as refugees might actually be the reason.
