Who is to blame when big things fail? In this book, the reader investigates the people and events around the crash incident of the Concorde to find a conclusion: Who killed the Concorde? A book about views, decisions and connections.
You help Florence, a BEA investigator, in finding the “killer” of the Concorde. You are able to talk with various peoples, such as Aviation managers and technicians – You can also interrogate them according to accusations of other actors. For that, you read across the book, instead of from the front to the back. If you have come to a conclusion, you can report to Florence to tell her, who is to blame.
Lead by the official BEA report on the Air France Flight 4590 - inspired by “Create Your Own Adventure”. This book tries to bridge the gap between static media and the path of a reader’s reflection on the subject. Its morale is that one can never blame small groups or individuals for a big system failure – also in terms of political argumentation. The actors present in the book are loosely based on the real event reports but in the end, facts about the real outcome of the incident are presented.
