The performance is a critique of certain hierachies of knowledge and knowledge production, as well as spiritual, linguistic and aesthetic hierarchies introduced during colonial times. Its aim is to rework, decolonize, and help to de/re-learn through art. Traditional Andean thoughts and cosmovisions that have partly been suppressed and discriminated serve as a base and starting point, and not westerns thoughts and art, which peruvian artistic education and practice is often based on.
