One-day excursion to Linz to explore leading institutions in art, technology, and research.

As part of our study program, students joined a one-day excursion to Linz to explore leading institutions in art, technology, and innovation.

We began the day at the Ars Electronica Center, where we met Veronika Liebl, Managing Director of Festival/Prix/Exhibitions. She shared her experiences in curating and organising art–science collaborations and residency programs. Afterwards, students explored the exhibitions and received an introduction to the BioLab, guided by Noor.

In the afternoon, we continued to the Tabakfabrik Linz, where we met Amir Bastan, artist and researcher at Creative Robotics . Students learned about his current work, research and the projects at Creative Robotics. At the end of the program, students were free to return to the Ars Electronica Center to explore more of the current exhibitions.
