About - Tatiana del Valle
Tatiana is a Costa Rican visual artist and designer graduated from Arts and Visual Communication at the National University
of Costa Rica (2018) during which she did part of her studies in the University of Guadalajara. Her creative practice currently
revolves around the subject of space and our relationship with it, being at the moment focused in terrestrial matter and geological
-or geofictional- concerns.
In 2019 she was a designer in residence in BEMA, an independent art space in Querétaro.
She participated in collective exhibitions in Costa Rica such as “Partículas”(2018) at the Cultural Center Omar Dengo, Festival Luminica (2020). Recently, she was awarded of the scholarship “Flotador” by TEOR/ética (2023) and Production Funding by the Museum of Costa Rican Art (MAC, 2023).
Started in summer semester 2024, full with Co-hort wintersemester 2024
