About - Leonard Otterbein
Leonard Otterbein grew up in Ahrensburg, Germany (b. 2000). He completed his bachelor's degree in biology in the field of
ecotoxicology in 2025. Parallel to his studies, he studied composition on his own and with Christoph Ogiermann. His music
deals with psychoacoustic effects that can arise from microtonal frequency shifts, as well as with spatial polyphony of sound.
