Can't rush a mushroom

On 14 September 2026, Noor Stenfert Kroese gave an invited talk at the 2^nd Unconventional Robotics Symposium at TU Delft. The two-day symposium, organised by Cosimo Della Santina, Ebrahim Shahabi and Davood Farhadi of the TU Delft Robotics Institute, brought together talks on robotics, art and biology.

Noor's talk, Can't rush a mushroom, took place on the first day, Arts & Robotics. She presented her own projects and the collaborations needed to realise them, including her collaboration within TU Delft. The talk reflected on the value of interdisciplinary work and on the role of collaboration between art and science. Noor also served on the jury for the poster awards. The symposium provided a valuable setting for exchange between these fields.
