The installation invites the audience to observe what arises in their imagination in response to the sound of a flag fluttering in the wind. Listening, memory, and imagination, all in constant motion and transformation, come together in this meditative journey as a single experience.  In this way, the image of the flag — an embodiment of manifestation and designation — encounters the dynamic nature of human perception. What, then, does the invisible flag, fluttering in the intersubjective space of the installation, symbolize?
