About - Hanna Hofmann
Hanna Hofmann (b. 2000, Neumarkt i.d.Opf, Germany) is a designer and artist working at the intersection of language, perception,
and technology. With a background in Visual Communication (B.A., Bauhaus-University Weimar) and current studies in Art & Science
(M.A., University of Applied Arts Vienna), her practice spans code, audiovisual art, and installations. She creates research-based
artworks that translate complex systems into accessible, sensory experiences, often bridging science, culture, and digital
media.
Her works have been presented internationally, including at BuOY Kita-Senju (Tokyo), Beaux-Arts (Paris), and Garage Grande
(Vienna), and recognized with awards such as the ADC Talent Award Gold and a DAAD scholarship.
