Klára Liptáková (b. 2003) often uses failure as an active method in her work: through testing and dead ends, she learned to engage uncertainty, work attentively with process, and see instability as productive. Her foundation was developed during studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Brno (FaVU), where she studied in the Studio of Photography under doc. MgA. Ivars Gravlejs, Ph.D., and Mgr. Tomáš Javůrek, Ph.D.
Currently, she explores fictioning as a method for transforming banal elements of reality into autonomous, paranoid apparatuses that expropriate the human spectator. She is fascinated by the moment of saturation and material metabolism, where the artwork ceases to be an object and becomes a self-referential protocol.
